FAQ
1. What if I'm auditioning with more than one instrument?
You're super cool--but you probably already knew that.
Multi-instrumentalists must sign up for one time slot per instrument. For example: if you would like to audition for piano and clarinet, you will need to sign up for two time slots, or 30 mins of audition time total.
IMPORTANT: If you are auditioning for an instrument/instruments and voice, your auditions will be in completely different months; we will not be accepting vocalist auditions for the May Audition Cycle.
2. I am not available during the days provided but I still want to audition this year. What should I do?
If you're not available during the scheduled audition days, you have a couple of options:
First, we have a back-up audition day on the 23rd from 4pm-8pm reserved for instrumentalists who absolutely cannot make the 24th, 30th, or 31st.
Second, if the 23rd also doesn't work for you, we are happy to work out a time to meet with you separately.
Regardless, if either of these conditions apply to you, send us an email at stillroommke@gmail.com to set up a time.
3. Will my audition be recorded?
Yes, but audio only. Recording auditions helps the audition panel review and share material in the event that one of our panel members is unable to be present during your audition. Recordings of your auditions will not be seen by anyone outside of the audition panel.
